I am so excited for Friday!! I am going to this Girls of Grace thing that one of the leaders from our church is having. This time the ‘theme’ is called, God Loves Ugly. Do you ever look in the mirror and hate what you see? Well this message is going to be amazing because it’s going to open our eyes to look at ourselves how God would and that no matter what you look like God will always love you, no matter what He will always love you. I think I really need to hear this message because I’ve had many days where I hate what I see in the mirror, but lately I’ve been beginning to love myself because I’m not gonna be able to change and hating myself is saying I hate Gods creation. God loves Ugly, remember that!
Your eyes can lie. Rejection, shame and self-hatred can poison perceptions and hinder us from seeing an believing what’s actually true. God Loves Ugly.
